Terms and Conditions for Her Influence LLC Products

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Her Influence LLC products, including the IG Money Mastery Program, the 100 Reel & Hook Ideas for Any Niche, and the How To Edit Viral Reels tutorial. By checking the box next to this Terms of Use and clicking the "Complete Order" button, you, the purchaser (hereinafter "you" or "Customer"), agree to voluntarily enter into a legally binding agreement with Her Influence LLC (hereinafter "Her Influence" or "the Company") and accept the following terms and conditions:

Product Purchase

For the applicable fee, Customer is electing to purchase a Her Influence LLC product, which may include the IG Money Mastery Program, the 100 Reel & Hook Ideas for Any Niche, or the How To Edit Viral Reels tutorial (hereinafter "Products"). Her Influence LLC agrees to provide the services outlined in each Product’s description and details, as available on the sales page.

Product Outline and Scope

Customer understands they are purchasing digital products designed to provide information and strategies to support their social media growth and content creation efforts. Customer acknowledges they have reviewed the product descriptions and understand what is included and excluded. Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the general policies and procedures available on the Her Influence LLC website.

Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property

Customer agrees that all content provided through Her Influence LLC Products is confidential, proprietary, and copyrighted material. This includes, but is not limited to, templates, strategies, and training materials. Customer agrees not to share, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any of the proprietary content provided through the Products. Any use of the content without express written permission from Her Influence LLC is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Refund Policy

Customer agrees to render full payment for any Her Influence LLC Product purchased. For applicable Products, Customer may have the option to use a third-party payment processor with installment plans such as Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances due to the digital and informational nature of these Products.

Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

Customer acknowledges that once a chargeback or dispute is initiated, access to all Her Influence LLC Products will be permanently revoked. No access will be reinstated after a dispute or chargeback, regardless of the dispute’s outcome.

Voluntary Participation and Disclaimer of Results

Customer agrees that participation in Her Influence LLC Products is voluntary and that they are solely responsible for their use and application of the information provided. Her Influence LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to social media growth or financial gains, from using the Products. Customer agrees to hold Her Influence LLC harmless for any outcomes, desired or otherwise, arising from Product use.

Behavior and Testimonials

Customer agrees to engage positively within any community spaces associated with Her Influence LLC Products. Her Influence LLC reserves the right to remove any Customer from these spaces if they engage in negative, false, or disparaging conduct regarding the Company, its Products, or other members. Customer also agrees that any testimonials provided may be used for promotional purposes by Her Influence LLC without further compensation.

Customer Responsibility

By completing the purchase, the Customer acknowledges that providing an incorrect email or shipping address is their sole responsibility. This does not constitute grounds for a refund, and the Customer is required to contact support for assistance in resolving any issues related to access or delivery.

General Disclaimer

Her Influence LLC provides educational resources but does not guarantee outcomes. Customer is responsible for any and all actions taken upon completion of a Product, and no specific results are promised or implied.

By completing the purchase, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions in this Agreement.
