Terms and Conditions (IG Money Mastery Program)

By checking the box next to this Terms of Use and clicking the “Purchase” button, you, the purchaser of the IG Money Mastery Program outlined below (hereinafter “you” or “Customer”) agree and willingly purchase entry into this program to be provided with services rendered by Her Influence Academy (hereinafter “Her Influence Academy” or “Her Influence”), and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with Her Influence Academy, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

For good and valuable consideration of nine hundred, ninety-seven U.S. Dollars ($997) Customer is electing to purchase the IG Money Mastery Program (hereinafter “IG Money Mastery”). In exchange, Her Influence Academy agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Details below, and Program Outline Addendum attached hereto.

PROGRAM OUTLINE:

Customer agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing the IG Money Mastery Program (“IG Money Mastery” or “Program”) by Her Influence Academy, an online course designed to show others how to grow and monetize their Instagram® accounts, whether business or personal. Created by social media expert, Chanel Richie, IG Money Mastery is one of the most comprehensive and advanced social media growth programs online. Whether you’re a social media pro or just starting out, IG Money Mastery will cover the primary strategies Her Influence Academy has used in order to hit their social media goals.

Customer acknowledges that he/she has read the Program Outline Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in IG Money Mastery as well as what is not included. Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this Agreement and on Her Influence’s website.

If at any time Customer is found to be disruptive, making disparaging or defamatory comments about Program, Her Influence, or Chanel, or otherwise negatively impacting Program for others and hindering or distracting other Customers from their own success, Her Influence reserves the right to remove such Customer, without refund. Customer understands this and knows this is a risk if he/she elects to act in such an inappropriate manner. Customer agrees this is a suitable remedy and action should he/she act in any of the ways outlined above.

NON-DISCLOSURE:

Customer understands that one of the primary elements in purchasing IG Money Mastery and learning from Her Influence Academy is the benefit of obtaining expert guidance, teachings, materials, and exercises that have given Her Influence Academy and Her Influence its massive social media following. Following Customer’s participation in this program, Customer will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of Her Influence Academy, including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, written templates, modules, technical information, business advice, and/or other information that may have become available for use through Customer’s participation in IG Money Mastery. Customer understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated in IG Money Mastery, without permission from Her Influence Academy or Chanel Richie personally.

Customer agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through IG Money Mastery, and agrees that he or she will be in violation of these Terms of Use if he or she uses any of the Content outlined as his/her own material, or repurposes and uses the Content in his/her own business as a product or service being offered for sale, without express written permission of Her Influence Academy. Customer also understands and agrees he/she will not disclose or use any information provided to Customer as part of his/her membership in IG Money Mastery, other than for personal use in his/her own business and social media accounts without prior written permission from Her Influence Academy.

TESTIMONIALS:

Customer understands and agrees that any and all commentary provided on public social media profiles, including those belonging to Her Influence Academy, may be published and used as testimonials by Her Influence Academy. Customer gives Her Influence Academy a non-exclusive license to use the copy as written on the social media profile, in the email, or otherwise, and repost on Her Influence Academy social media channels, in advertisements for IG Money Mastery, or other similar channels for the specific purpose of promoting and showcasing IG Money Mastery customer results.

If Customer chooses to write about positive experiences in IG Money Mastery, Customer understands the material, along with Customer’s name and other identifying information, will likely be published on Her Influence Academy’s website, social media, or otherwise. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for Testimonial, and Customer understands he or she is granting Her Influence Academy an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to Her Influence Academy as part of a Testimonial.

PAYMENT + PAYMENT PLAN:

A one-time payment of nine hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($997) payable up front, in full, or;

Three payments of three hundred ninety-nine U.S. dollars ($399) payable over three (3) months, totaling $1,197 if this payment plan option is selected;

Customer agrees to render payment via credit card on Her Influence Academy’s sales and checkout page for IG Money Mastery. Customer understands he/she is responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Her Influence Academy’s website or a designated third-party payment processor of Her Influence Academy’s choosing, in full.

Customer understands the cost of the program is payable in full, or via a payment plan option, which Customer will select at the time of purchase:

If Customer elects to purchase IG Money Mastery via the offered payment plan, Customer agrees to abide by the rules and payments as explained on Her Influence Academy’s sales page. Customer understands and agrees that following the first payment, subsequent payments will be automatically deducted utilizing the same mode of payment that was used to make the initial payment. Should Customer fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments are not able to be processed, Customer understands: (1) the remainder of the Program may be forfeited if payment is not made within six days of the date it is due, and (2) Customer will owe a $100 late fee if he/she has not made the appropriate payment after the six-day grace period. Customer’s decision to cease use of IG Money Mastery for any reason does not eliminate Customer’s responsibility to complete the payment plan as agreed upon. Payment in full is required regardless of use, happiness with product, or results.

Customer understands and agrees that his/her credit card used to make the initial payment in the payment plan will be automatically charged for each of the two subsequent monthly payments thereafter, on or about the same date of the following month.

Her Influence Academy reserves the right to cancel Customer’s access to IG Money Mastery should he/she fail to make additional payments in accordance with the payment plan as agreed upon. Should this occur, Customer understands she is not entitled to a refund of funds already issued to Her Influence Academy in exchange for work completed thus far, and it is up to the sole discretion of Her Influence Academy whether Customer is to have continued access to any materials made available to Customer during the Program up until payments were missed.

If Customer and Her Influence Academy have not agreed upon a payment plan, Customer understands one is not available, and agrees to provide payment in full, upfront, in the manner(s) designated on Her Influence Academy’s sales page.

REFUND POLICY:

Her Influence wholly believes in its product, which has been applied and proven by many customers of IG Money Mastery. It believes the methods work, but only if the Customer is dedicated to the process.

Due to the informational nature of the product, all purchases are final and no refunds will be granted.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION:

Customer understands and agrees that he/she is voluntarily choosing to enroll in IG Money Mastery and is solely responsible for any outcomes or results. While Her Influence Academy believes in its services and that IG Money Mastery is able to help many people, You as the Customer acknowledge and agree that Her Influence Academy is not responsible nor liable to Customer should Customer sustain any injuries, incur harm, or encounter any negative ramifications. Customer agrees that he/she is fully responsible for his/her health and well-being, including participation in IG Money Mastery and any results therein, and agrees that any decisions to implement strategies, tactics, and information contained within IG Money Mastery are solely the responsibility and decision of Customer.

CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR:

While Customer is allowed to express his/her opinion regarding IG Money Mastery and Her Influence Academy, should Customer make any false or disparaging comments within the IG Money Mastery Facebook group, to other members of IG Money Mastery, or otherwise publicly speak negatively about Her Influence Academy, Chanel Richie, or Danielle Canty, or any other member of Her Influence Academy, or IG Money Mastery, Customer may be removed from the IG Money Mastery community. Her Influence Academy places community and positivity at the forefront of their brand, and in order to preserve community standards and experience for other members, a customer who cannot abide by this may lose his/her access to the community. Customer understands that any extensive negativity or similar disruption to the community in this way may result in removal from the Program and all relevant communities, with NO REFUND.

DISCLAIMER:

Her Influence Academy cannot guarantee results of IG Money Mastery and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Customer will hold Her Influence Academy and IG Money Mastery harmless if he or she does not experience the desired results, including but not limited to Instagram growth.

Earnings Disclaimer:

Her Influence Academy also does not make any guarantees or assurances regarding a particular financial outcome based on the use of Program, nor is Her Influence Academy responsible for Customer earnings, or any increase or decrease in finances based upon information within IG Money Mastery.
