Terms and Conditions

By using our website, purchasing any products or programs, or enrolling in our services, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Programs & Product Purchases

Her Influence Academy LLC offers digital educational products, monthly mentorship, and occasional physical goods.

Current Core Program:

  • Her Influence Academy™ Creator Mentorship – $97/month (USD)


Includes access to:

  • Instagram Money Mastery full course
  • YouTube Mastery full course
  • Monthly live group coaching calls via Zoom
  • Weekly trainings, challenges, & recorded lessons
  • Pitch templates, scripts, planners, guides
  • Private Skool community & “Ask Your Mentor” space
  • Surprise bonus trainings, content drops & exclusive resources

Note: All courses that were previously sold individually (IG Money Mastery, YouTube Mastery, etc.) are now exclusively available through the monthly mentorship.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Mentorship is billed monthly via Stripe at $97/month unless otherwise stated during a promotional offer.

  • If a discount code (e.g., MENTOR) is used, the reduced rate applies only to the first month, and regular $97/month billing resumes thereafter.

  • Payments are automatically charged each month until canceled by you.

All sales are final — no refunds under any circumstances.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your mentorship anytime:

  • Log into your Skool.com classroom dashboard.
  • Go to Welcome + Set Up → How to Cancel.
  • Follow the steps to cancel via the Stripe customer portal:

  • Canceling stops future payments but does not refund past charges.
  • Upon cancellation, all access to content, calls, and community is revoked immediately.

 

4. Missed Payment Policy

Stripe will attempt to process your payment once per day for 3 consecutive days.

If unsuccessful after 3 attempts:

  • Your subscription will be canceled in Stripe and our internal systems.
  • Your access to all materials, coaching calls, and the community will be immediately revoked.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final — no refunds for any reason.
  • Failure to log in, participate, or use mentorship benefits does not qualify for a refund.

 

6. NDA & Intellectual Property

  • You must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving access to mentorship content.
  • All program materials are protected under copyright and intellectual property law.
  • You may not copy, share, resell, or repurpose any materials for commercial use.

 Violations result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • $5,000 per-violation penalty (minimum)
  • Possible legal action for damages

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason.

Chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent removal from all programs
  • A $1,500 administrative fee
  • Legal action to recover costs

 

8. Shipping & Physical Products

  • From time to time, physical products (e.g., tripods & lights) may be included as bonuses or sold separately.
  • Shipped once to the address provided at checkout.
  • Her Influence Academy LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses.
  • Reshipment fees apply if the address is wrong or the package is returned.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photo proof.

 

9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific income, growth, or business results.
Your success depends on your own effort, consistency, and implementation.

 

10. Customer Conduct

We expect professional, respectful communication at all times.

Negative, defamatory, or false statements about the program, members, or founder may result in:

  • Immediate removal without refund
  • Legal action for defamation or damages

 

11. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
  • Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New Jersey.

 

Final Agreement

By completing a purchase, you affirm that:

  • You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  • You understand all sales are final.
  • You waive the right to chargebacks or disputes.
  • You agree to abide by the NDA and intellectual property protections.
